About Mithlesh
Mithlesh Shah is a backend engineer with eight years of building large-scale systems in Java, Kafka and AWS, at Wipro, VeriFone, EPAM, Nike, DigitalZone and Publicis Sapient. In 2026 he founded Phantom Grace Technologies in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, to build and run focused products of his own.
He built VisaHunt and HuntwiseAI solo, from the first line of code to the product, the payments and the growth, on the same things that kept large systems up at scale: Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS and Kubernetes, and lately Next.js and AI built in where it actually helps.
The path appears because you walk.
I have rarely seen the whole road before setting out on it, and I have stopped waiting to. When I began building products of my own there was no map, no team and no promise that anyone would use what I made. I started anyway, because I've learned that the path doesn't appear before you walk; it appears because you walk. A first version shows you what the second should be. A user's complaint shows you the feature you didn't know was missing. A launch that falls flat tells you exactly what to fix by morning. Standing still until everything is certain feels safe, but it is the one choice that guarantees nothing changes. So I keep moving, one honest step at a time, even when the fog is thick, and trust that clarity is earned by going, not handed out before you leave.
