These terms govern your use of the websites and products of Phantom Grace Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), including VisaHunt, HuntwiseAI, Ashviora and Silent Arc Studios. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. A brand may have additional terms shown on its own site; where they differ, the brand's terms apply to that product.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information.

Using our services

You agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights;
• upload false, misleading or harmful content;
• scrape, copy or resell our data or services without written permission;
• try to access systems or data you are not authorised to use, or disrupt our services.

Job listings and hiring

VisaHunt lists jobs from third-party employers and public sources. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that a job is still open, that an employer will sponsor a visa, or that you will be hired. Always confirm details with the employer.

On HuntwiseAI, AI screening helps employers shortlist candidates. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with employment law.

Paid plans

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your CV or job descriptions. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Our content

Our software, designs, brand names and logos belong to Phantom Grace Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided "as is". AI-generated content such as CV feedback, ATS scores and cover letters may contain errors; review it before you use it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
